“算法革命”视角下的数字资本主义及其基本矛盾研究

A Study of Digital Capitalism and Fundamental Contradictions from the Perspective of"Algorithm Revolution"

算法技术和算法制度在资本主义生产、分配、交换、消费等各环节的全面渗透,使得在技术层面出现生产过程数字化、经济活动数据化和经济运行算法化等新逻辑,在制度层面出现数字监视、数字平台、数字霸权等新样态,从而推动资本主义进入了新阶段——数字资本主义。由算法技术革命和算法制度革命构成的“算法革命”,对数字资本主义具有阶段性强化作用,但这是以掩盖资本主义基本矛盾并将其向全球范围内转移为代价和条件的。从长期来看,“算法革命”并不能解决资本主义条件下生产力与生产关系之间不可调和的基本矛盾,反而会使这一基本矛盾进一步深化和激化,最终不断靠近资本主义生产关系所能容纳的数字生产力边界。

The comprehensive penetration of algorithmic technology and algorithmic system in capitalist production,distribution,exchange,consumption and other links has led to the emergence of new logics such as digitalization of production process,datatization of economic activities,and algorithmic economic operation at the technical level,and the emergence of new patterns such as digital monitoring,digital platform,and digital hegemony at the institutional level.This has ushered in a new phase of capitalism——digital capitalism.The"algorithm revolution",which consists of the algorithm technology revolution and the algorithm system revolution,has a stage strengthening effect on digital capitalism,but this is at the cost and condition of covering up the fundamental contradiction of capitalism and transferring it to the global scale.In the long run,the"algorithm revolution"can not solve the irreconcilable fundamental contradiction between productive forces and production relations under capitalist conditions,but will further deepen and intensify this fundamental contradiction,and eventually continue to approach the digital productive forces that can be accommodated by capitalist production relations.
