火龙罐综合灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫伴抑郁、焦虑的效果

Effect of fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion in the treatment of acute peripheral facial palsy with depression and anxiety

目的 探讨火龙罐综合灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫(PFP)伴抑郁、焦虑的效果。方法 选取2023年3月至9月杭州市中医院150例急性期PFP伴抑郁、焦虑患者,将其按随机数字表法分为火龙罐组和参照组,每组75例。两组均予以常规治疗,在此基础上参照组予以穴位贴敷治疗,火龙罐组予以火龙罐综合灸和穴位贴敷治疗,均治疗28 d。比较两组疗效、治疗前后面瘫改良Portmann评分、面部残疾指数评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果 火龙罐组疗效优于参照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗14、28 d后改良Portmann、面部残疾躯体功能(FDIP)评分均高于治疗前,两组治疗28 d后改良Portmann、FDIP评分均高于治疗14 d后(P<0.05);两组治疗14、28 d后社会生活功能(FDIS)评分低于治疗前,两组治疗28 d后FDIS评分低于治疗14 d后(P<0.05)。治疗14、28 d后,火龙罐组改良Portmann、FDIP评分高于参照组,FDIS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗14、28 d后SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗前,两组治疗28 d后SAS、SDS评分均低于治疗14 d后(P<0.05)。治疗14、28 d后,火龙罐组SAS、SDS评分低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 急性期PFP伴抑郁、焦虑患者采用火龙罐综合灸治疗效果显著,能更有效改善面部残疾指数及心理状态。

Objective To investigate the effect of fire dragon pot comprehensive moxibustion in the treatment of acute peripheral facial palsy(PFP)with depression and anxiety.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute PFP accompanied by depression and anxiety in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March to September 2023 were selected and they were divided into the fire dragon pot group and reference group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,on the basis of which the reference group was treated with acupoint application,and the the fire dragon pot group was treated with fire dragon pot moxibustion and acupoint application for 28 d.The efficacy,improved Portmann score,facial disability index score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The curative effect of the fire dragon pot group was better than that of reference group(P<0.05).The modified Portmann and facial disability index physical function(FDIP)scores of the two groups after 14 and 28 d of treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the modified Portmann and FDIP scores of the two groups after 28 d of treatment were higher than those after 14 d of treatment(P<0.05).The facial disability index social function(FDIS)scores of the two groups after 14 and 28 d were lower than those before treatment,and the FDIS scores of the two groups after 28 d of treatment were lower than those after 14 d of treatment(P<0.05).After 14 and 28 d of treatment,the modified Portmann and FDIP scores in the fire dragon pot group were higher than those in the reference group,and the FDIS scores in the fire dragon pot group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in both groups after 14 and 28 d of treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups after 28 d of treatment were lower than those after 14 d of treatment(P<0.05).After 14 and 28 d of treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the fire dragon pot group were lower than those in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of fire dragon pot moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of acute PFP patients with depression and anxiety is significant,which can more effectively improve the facial disability index and psychological state.
