一种新型镉基三元配位聚合物作为铁离子的发光探针以及在抗菌领域的应用

摘要 在溶剂热条件下合成了一种新型三元配位聚合物(CP),[Cd_(2)(L)_(2)(bimb)_(2)]n·3DMF·2H_(2)O(H_(2)L=N,N-二(4-羧基苄基)苯胺,bimb=1,4-二(1-咪唑)苯)。该合成物为二维层状结构,通过单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、红外光谱和热重分析进行了表征。该配合物对铁离子表现出优异的检测能力,猝灭常数K_(sv)=3.812×10^(4)。此外,该复合物对白色念珠菌也具有良好的抑菌作用,最低抑菌浓度为20μg·mL^(-1)。 In this paper,a novel ternary coordination polymer[Cd_(2)(L)_(2)(bimb)_(2)]n·3DMF·2H_(2)O(H_(2)L=N,N-bis(4-carboxybenzyl)aniline,bimb=l,4-bis(1-imidazolyl)benzene),was synthesised under solvothermal conditions.The compound was characterised by single crystal X-ray diffraction,powder Xray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,and thermogravimetric analysis.It is proved that the complex has high purity and good thermal stability.Subsequently,different metal ions were qualitatively analysed by fluorescence detection using fluorescence spectroscopy,and after comparison,it can be concluded that the complex has a bursting effect on many metal ions,and the best bursting effect is for iron ions.In this paper,the antibacterial properties of the complexes were tested against Candida albicans(ATCC 10231)using the circle of inhibition method and growth curve method.The antimicrobial effect of the complex was qualitatively analysed based on the circle of inhibition,and it was found that the complex had a good inhibitory effect against Candida albicans(ATCC 10231)and a clear circle of inhibition with a large diameter could be seen on the plate.After that,the growth curve of the complex was tested to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration.
