摘要 针对航空发动机环形零件高精度孔位测具加工困难、加工周期长的现状,设计了一种航空发动机环形零件高精度孔位测具。介绍了测具的技术方案,分析了关键技术和优点。测具采用高精度电气分度技术,可以实现准确、高效检测,通用性强,适用范围广。 In response to the current situation of difficult machine and long machine cycle of high-precision hole position measuring tool for aviation engine circular part,a high-precision hole position measuring tool for aviation engine circular part was designed.The technical scheme of the measuring tool was introduced,the key technology and advantage were analyzed.The measuring tool adopts high-precision electrical indexing technology,which can achieve accurate and efficient detection,strong universality,and wide applicability.
