摘要
主要研究了适用于废电路板中铅、锌、镍和锡含量的测定方法。采用将废电路板样品进行破碎和风选,样品经制备后为金属和非金属两种材质,用盐酸和过氧化氢作为溶解剂,将待测组分全部溶解,酒石酸掩蔽干扰离子,在盐酸(10%)介质下利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定待测元素含量。该方法操作简便快捷,方法检出限满足最低浓度要求,测量范围广,准确度高,精密度好。试验样品加标回收率在89.7%~99.8%,相对标准偏差在0.47%~1.58%。
The main research focuses on the determination method of lead,zinc,nickel,and tin content in waste circuit boards.The waste circuit board samples were crushed and selected by wind.After preparation,the samples were made of both metal and non-metal materials.Hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide were used as solvents to dissolve all the tested components.Tartaric acid masked interfering ions,and the content of the tested elements was measured using an inductively coupled plasmon atomic emission spectrometer in hydrochloric acid(10%)medium.This method is easy and fast to operate,with a detection limit that meets the minimum concentration requirements,a wide measurement range,high accuracy,and good precision.The recovery rate of spiked test samples is 89.7%~99.8%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.47%~1.58%.
