无源射线煤质检测系统的设计及调试

摘要 为解决传统灼烧称重法检测煤质灰分周期长、成本高以及结果滞后的问题,在对煤质灰分检测技术进行简单概述的基础上完成了无源射线煤质检测系统的总体结构设计,并对其中关键模块的作用进行分析,重点对光电倍增管、信号处理单元和探测器进行选型设计,并完成了无源射线煤质检测系统的标定和验证。 In order to solve the problems of long cycle,high cost,and delayed results in traditional burning weighing method for detecting coal ash content,a simple overview of coal ash content detection technology was provided.The overall structure of the passive ray coal quality detection system was completed,and the role of key modules was analyzed.The focus was on the selection and design of photomultiplier tubes,signal processing units,and detectors,and the calibration and verification of the passive ray coal quality detection system were completed.
