摘要
为进一步探究煤质检测中发热量与挥发分的测定工作要点,以某火电厂的标准煤样为研究对象,对该样品进行处理,阐述了针对该样品的发热量与挥发分测定的主要实验步骤。在此基础上,分别对该样品煤质检测中发热量与挥发分测定过程的影响因素进行探究,明确了各种影响因素如何造成测定误差,并探讨了降低测定误差的有效举措,以期为今后的类似实验工作提供参考借鉴。
In order to further explore the key points of measuring calorific value and volatile matter in coal quality testing,a standard coal sample from a thermal power plant was taken as the research object,and the sample was processed.The main experimental steps for measuring calorific value and volatile matter of the sample were explained.On this basis,the influencing factors of the determination process of calorific value and volatile matter in the coal quality detection of the sample were explored,and various influencing factors were clarified how to cause measurement errors.Effective measures to reduce measurement errors were discussed,in order to provide reference for similar experimental work in the future.
