电感耦合等离子体质谱快速测定水泥中二氧化硅

摘要 采用氢氧化钠作溶剂对水泥样品进行消解提取水泥中的二氧化硅,使用HMI模式内标校正法,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)快速测定水泥中二氧化硅含量。在选定的实验参数下,硅标准曲线范围在0~40 mg/L,相关系数为0.9999,同时测试两种水泥国家标准物质并进行加标回收实验,测试结果均在标准认定值范围内,重复性限在0.08%~0.12%,加标回收率在95.84%~99.12%,准确度和精密度良好。该方法分析步骤简便,能够快速准确地测定出水泥中二氧化硅含量,为水泥产品中二氧化硅含量的检测提供了研究基础。 Sodium hydroxide was used as a solvent to digest and extract silicon dioxide from cement samples.The HMI mode internal calibration method was used,and the silicon dioxide content in cement was quickly determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Under the selected experimental parameters,the silicon standard curve ranges from 0 to 40 mg/L,with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999.Two national standard substances for cement were tested and subjected to spiked recovery experiments.The test results were both within the recognized standard values,with a repeatability limit of 0.08% to 0.12% and a spiked recovery rate of 95.84% to 99.12%.The accuracy and precision were good.This method has simple analysis steps and can quickly and accurately determine the silicon dioxide content in cement,providing a research basis for the detection of silicon dioxide content in cement products.
