摘要
为解决选煤厂中煤产品的灰分和硫分指标较高导致其不能直接应用于炼焦生产而引发的能源浪费和经济效益低的问题,通过开展精煤产率与中煤破碎粒度以及中煤灰分等指标之间的直接关系研究,对应性地完成了中煤破碎再分选工艺流程的设计,经预测通过浮选和未通过浮选的精煤产率超过35%,达到了预期的指标要求。
In order to solve the problems of energy waste and low economic benefits caused by the high ash and sulfur indicators of middling coal products in the coal preparation plant,which can not be directly used in coking production,the design of the crushing and re-separation process of middling coal was correspondingly completed by carrying out the direct relationship research between the yield of clean coal and the crushing particle size of middling coal,as well as the ash content of middling coal and other indicators.It was predicted that the yield of clean coal through flotation and without flotation exceeded 35%,reaching the expected index requirements.
