摘要
变压吸附(Pressure Swing Adsorption,PSA)技术的改进优化可提高其在气体分离和纯化领域的应用效率。通过对传统PSA工艺进行分析和优化,提出了一种改进的PSA系统,通过优化吸附剂、调整操作参数和设计新型吸附装置,实现了更高的分离效率和更低的能耗。研究结果表明,这种改进的PSA方法在工业应用中具有重要的潜力。
The improvement and optimization of Pressure Swing Adsorption(PSA)technology can enhance its application efficiency in gas separation and purification fields.By analyzing and optimizing the traditional PSA process,an improved PSA system was proposed,which achieved higher separation efficiency and lower energy consumption by optimizing the adsorbent,adjusting operating parameters,and designing a new adsorption device.The research results indicate that this improved PSA method has significant potential in industrial applications.
