摘要
为了解决当前石油燃料的能源短缺及其应用所引发的一系列环境污染问题,在对甲醇燃料锅炉汽化燃烧技术研究的基础上,通过构建试验系统分别对甲醇燃料、柴油燃料在锅炉中应用的热效率、污染物排放以及综合应用费用等指标进行对比,结果表明:甲醇燃料在热效率、降低污染物排放以及节约运行成本等方面具有显著的优势,应在未来进行广泛推广应用。
In order to solve the current energy shortage of petroleum fuel and a series of environmental pollution problems caused by its application,based on the research of methanol fuel boiler vaporization combustion technology,an experimental system was constructed to compare the thermal efficiency,pollutant emissions,and comprehensive application costs of methanol fuel and diesel fuel in boilers.The results showed that methanol fuel has significant advantages in thermal efficiency,reducing pollutant emissions,and saving operating costs,and should be widely promoted and applied in the future.
