摘要
以山西增子坊矿8300-1工作面为研究对象,由于回采过程中揭露出了F7断层,该断层影响范围约60 m,最大宽度为35 m,造成硬度很大的细中粒砂岩侵入到岩层中,对工作面的采煤设备和回采速度造成严重影响。为了确保工作面顺利推进,根据现场实际情况,决定采用松动爆破方法来弱化岩层强度。通过原理分析,并利用ANSYS软件建立双孔爆破模型,确定了爆破参数和爆破孔布置方式。实践表明:8300-1工作面成功通过断层,有效降低了采煤机损耗,提高了煤炭利用率和回采速率,并为矿井类似情况提供了参考。
Taking 8300-1 working face of Shanxi Zengzifang Coal mine as the research object,F7 fault was exposed during the mining process.The influence range of this fault is about 60 m,and the maximum width is 35 m,which caused the intrusion of very hard fine and medium grained sandstone into the rock stratum,which has a great impact on the mining equipment and the mining speed of the working face.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the working face,it is decided to adopt the loose blasting method to weaken the rock stratum strength according to the actual situation on site.Through principle analysis and ANSYS software simulation,the blasting para meters and the layout of blasting holes are deter mined.Finally,the practice shows fthat 8300-1 working face successfully passes through the fault,effectively reduces the loss of shearer,improves the coal utilization and recovery rate,and provides a reference for simmilar situations in the mine.
