钢铁工业浓盐水零排放治理技术的研究与应用

摘要 钢铁工业生产过程中会产生大量的含盐废水,经过前段膜处理之后,浓水中盐分、有机物含量较高,处理好浓盐废水,不仅可以节约水资源,减少环境污染,还可以达到资源化利用的目的。基于此,介绍了浓盐水零排放采用“一级预处理+膜浓缩+二级预处理+纳滤分盐+蒸发结晶”的治理工艺,对各工艺流程单元及指标参数进行探讨,以期为相关研究提供参考。 In the production process of the steel industry,a large amount of saline wastewater is generated.After the first stage of membrane treatment,the concentration of salt and organic matter in the concentrated water is high.Treating the concentrated salt wastewater well can not only save water resources,reduce environmental pollution,but also achieve the goal of resource utilization.Based on this,the treatment process of zero discharge of concentrated salt water using"primary pretreatment+membrane concentration+secondary pretreatment+nanofiltration salt separation+evaporation crystallization"is introduced.The various process units and indicator parameters are discussed,in order to provide reference for relevant research.
