真武汤合苓桂术甘汤化裁治疗糖尿病肾病肾阳虚型临床观察

目的:观察真武汤合苓桂术甘汤化裁治疗糖尿病肾病肾阳虚型的效果。方法:168例按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各84例,对照组用卡托普利治疗,研究组用真武汤合苓桂术甘汤治疗。结果:研究组总有效率及免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),血清转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)和血肌酐(SCR)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24h尿总量蛋白(TUP)水平以及不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:真武汤合苓桂术甘汤化裁治疗糖尿病肾病肾阳虚型效果较好,且安全。

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 168 cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 84 cases in each group.The control group were treated with captopril,while the study group were treated with Zhenwu Decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction.Results:The total effective rate and the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urine total protein(TUP),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with kidney yang deficiency.
