耳穴压豆联合二仙汤加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的:观察耳穴压豆联合二仙汤加味治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的疗效。方法:108例按照随机数字表法分为两组各54例。常规组给予二仙汤加味,试验组给予耳穴压豆联合二仙汤加味治疗。结果:总有效率试验组高于常规组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后VAS、JOA评分改善优于常规组(P<0.05),试验组治疗后血清CRP、TNF-α、IL-1β水平低于常规组(P<0.05),治疗后两组血清Apaf-1、TFAR-19、Caspase-3水平均下降但试验组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合二仙汤加味治疗LDH效果较好且安全。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Erxian Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 108 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The conventional group were given modified Erxian Decoction,while the experimental group were treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Erxian Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and JOA scores of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-1βof the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum Apaf-1,TFAR-19,and Caspase-3 in the two groups decreased,but the decrease in the experimental group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Erxian Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of LDH.
