肝豆扶木汤加减联合奥氮平治疗肝豆状核变性焦虑抑郁临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Gandou Fumu Decoction Combined with Olanzapine in the Treatment of Anxiety and Depression in Hepatolenticular Degeneration

目的:观察肝豆扶木汤加减联合奥氮平治疗肝豆状核变性焦虑抑郁的疗效。方法:60例用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例,两组均在常规排铜治疗基础上予以奥氮平治疗,观察组联合肝豆扶木汤加减治疗。结果:在14d末和28d末对照组和观察组HAMD和HAMA评分均降低,且观察组下降较对照组显著(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝豆扶木汤加减联合奥氮平治疗肝豆状核变性焦虑抑郁能更有效的控制症状,提高疗效,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Gandou Fumu Decoction combined with olanzapine in the treatment of anxiety and depression in hepatolenticular degeneration.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with olanzapine based on conventional copper excretion treatment,and the observation group were treated with modified Gandou Fumu Decoction.Results:At the end of 14 d and 28 d,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the control group and the observation group decreased,and the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gandou Fumu Decoction combined with olanzapine could more effectively control symptoms and improve curative effect in the treatment of anxiety and depression of hepatolenticular degeneration,without increasing adverse reactions.
