首都国医名师钱文燕治疗痤疮的中药用药规律分析

Analysis on the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in treating acne by famous Chinese doctor in capital of China Qian Wenyan

目的 运用数据挖掘技术归纳首都国医名师钱文燕治疗痤疮的用药规律。方法 收集2014年1月至2022年12月钱文燕教授中日友好医院皮肤科门诊处方,数据筛选和整理后通过频数分析、关联规则,以及K-means聚类分析方法对处方药物频次、性味归经、功效、核心组合等进行挖掘讨论。结果 共收集301例处方,涉及170味中药,累计用药频次4 690次,高频药物(频次≥40)29味。高频药物药性以寒性为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主,主要归肝、肺经,功效以清热类药物最多。关联规则分析显示核心药物配伍组合为“金银花-连翘-黄芩-赤芍-蒲公英”,K-means聚类得到新方3则。结论 本文通过运用数据挖掘技术,总结了钱文燕教授治疗痤疮的用药规律。钱文燕教授临床治疗中多用寒、苦味药物,多入肝、肺经,临证治疗以清热泻火、除湿化瘀为主,临床疗效颇佳。

Objective To summarize the medication rules of Qian Wenyan,a famous Chinese doctor in capital of China,in treating acne by using data mining technology.Methods Prescriptions for dermatology outpatient department of Professor Qian Wenyan from China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January 2014 to December 2022 were collected.After data screening and sorting,frequency analysis,association rules,and K-means cluster analysis were used to explore and discuss prescription drug frequency,nature and flavour,channel tropism,efficacy,core combination,etc.Results A total of 301 prescriptions were collected,involving 170 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a cumulative frequency of 4690,29 kinds of high-frequency drugs(frequency≥40).The drug natures of high-frequency drugs were mainly cold,the drug flavours were mainly bitter,sweet,and pungent,mainly belongs to liver and lung channels,and the efficacy of heat-clearing drugs was the most.Association rule analysis showed that the core drug combination was“Lonicerae Japonicae Flos-Forsythiae Fructus-Scutellariae Radix-Paeoniae Radix Rubra-Taraxaci Herba”,and the three new prescriptions were obtained by K-means clustering.Conclusion By using data mining technology,this paper summarizes the rules of medicine used by Professor Qian Wenyan to treat acne.In clinical treatment,Professor Qian Wenyan uses cold and bitter drugs,mainly into liver and lung channels.Clinical treatment focuses on clearing heat and removing fire,removing dampness and removing blood stasis,and the clinical effect is quite good.
