三维质量结构营养策略联合分级阶段性干预在上消化道出血患者中的应用

摘要 目的 探讨三维质量结构营养策略联合分级阶段性干预在上消化道出血患者中的干预效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2022年1月四川大学华西医院收治的100例上消化道出血患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与联合组,每组50例。对照组实施分级阶段性干预,联合组在此基础上应用三维质量结构营养策略,两组均干预至出院。比较两组止血时间、住院天数;比较两组干预前后营养状况指标;记录两组干预期间并发症的发生情况。结果 联合组止血时间、住院天数短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组血清总蛋白、白蛋白及血红蛋白水平高于干预前,且联合组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 应用三维治量结构营养策略联合分级阶段性干预可缩短上消化道出血患者止血时间及住院天数,提升营养状况。 Objective To explore the intervention effect of three-dimensional quality structure nutrition strategy combined with graded stage intervention in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to West China Hospital,Sichuan University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected,they were divided into control group and combined group using random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group underwent graded stage intervention,while the combined group applied three-dimensional quality structure nutrition strategy on this basis.Both groups intervened until discharge.The hemostasis time and hospitalization days were compared between two groups;nutritional status indicators before and after intervention were compared between two groups;the incidence of complications during the intervention period was recorded in both groups.Results The hemostasis time and hospitalization days in combined group were shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the serum total protein,albumin,and hemoglobin levels of two groups were increased than those before intervention,and those in combined group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of three-dimensional quality structure nutrition strategy combined with graded stage intervention can shorten the hemostasis time and hospitalization days of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and improve nutritional status.
