摘要
先天性心脏病(先心病)是目前全球最常见的出生缺陷。心脏磁共振成像对先心病患者的诊断、评估和随访起着至关重要的作用。儿童心脏磁共振扫描仍具有一定挑战性。血池对比剂具有高弛豫性和长血管半衰期的优点,在延长采集时间窗、减少对比剂剂量的同时还能够改善图像质量和提高诊断性能。本文主要对磁共振血池对比剂在儿童先心病诊断方面的应用进行综述。
Congenital heart disease(CHD)is the most common congenital malformation in the world.Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR)plays an important role in the diagnosis,evaluation and follow-up of patients with CHD.CMR scanning in children with congenital heart disease remains challenging.Blood pool contrast agents has the advantages of high relaxation and long intravascular half-lives which can improve image quality and diagnostic performance while extending the acquisition time window and reducing the dose of contrast agents.We review the application of MRI blood pool contrast agents in the diagnosis of CHD in children.
