8种杀虫剂对藜麦田甜菜龟叶甲的田间防效评价

摘要 [目的]评价8种杀虫剂对藜麦田甜菜龟叶甲的防治效果,为荒漠绿洲生态区甜菜龟叶甲的防控提供科学依据。[方法]采用茎叶喷雾法进行田间药效试验。[结果]供试8种杀虫剂在试验剂量范围内对藜麦安全无药害。药后1、3 d时各杀虫剂处理对甜菜龟叶甲的防治效果为3.87%~46.66%和15.60%~62.07%,其中25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯EC 15.00 g a.i./hm^(2)对甜菜龟叶甲的防治效果显著高于其他杀虫剂处理。药后7 d时各杀虫剂处理对甜菜龟叶甲的防治效果为52.46%~73.56%,其中25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯EC 15.00 g a.i./hm^(2)、70%吡虫啉WG 42.00 g a.i./hm^(2)和20%啶虫脒WP 90.00 g a.i./hm^(2)对甜菜龟叶甲的防治效果达到70%以上。[结论]25 g/L高效氯氟氰菊酯EC、70%吡虫啉WG和20%啶虫脒WP对甜菜龟叶甲的防治效果较好,建议在生产中交替轮换使用。 [Aims]To evaluate the control efficacy of 8 insecticides on Cassida nebulosa in quinoa fields,and to provide scientific basis for the control of C.nebulosa in desert oasis ecological area.[Methods]The field efficacy trial was carried out by stalk and leaf spray method.[Results]The tested 8 insecticides were safe and had no harm to quinoa within the experimental dose range.The control efficiency of the insecticides was 3.87%-46.66%and 15.60%-62.07%on day 1 and 3 after treatment,in which that of lambda-cyhalothrin 25 g/L EC 15.00 g a.i./ha was significantly higher.On day 7 after treatment,the control efficiency of the tested insecticides was 52.46%-73.56%,and that of lambda-cyhalothrin 25 g/L EC 15.00 g a.i./ha,imidacloprid 70%WG 42.00 g a.i./ha and acetamiprid 20%WP 90.00 g a.i./ha was more than 70%.[Conclusions]lambda-Cyhalothrin 25 g/L EC,imidacloprid 70%WG and acetamiprid 20%WP have good control effect on C.nebulosa,and it is recommended to use them alternately in production.
