黄芩土壤处理除草剂的安全性筛选及田间除草效果

Safety screening and field control efficacy of soil-treated herbicides in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi fields

摘要 [目的]筛选黄芩田适用的土壤处理除草剂。[方法]通过种子萌发试验和盆栽试验,室内测定了9种土壤处理除草剂对黄芩的安全性,并在此基础上进行了田间药效试验。[结果]在种子萌发试验中,48%仲丁灵乳油(450~900.00 g a.i./hm^(2))和330 g/L二甲戊灵乳油(309.38~618.75 g a.i./hm^(2))处理的黄芩种子发芽率与对照相比无显著差异;在室内盆栽试验中,48%仲丁灵乳油(450~1800.00 g a.i./hm^(2))和330 g/L二甲戊灵乳油(309.38~1237.5 g a.i./hm^(2))处理与对照相比无显著差异。田间药效试验表明:药后15 d,330 g/L二甲戊灵乳油(495~1237.5 g a.i./hm^(2))和48%仲丁灵乳油(720~1800.00 g a.i./hm^(2))处理的黄芩田杂草可以达到100%的总体株防效。药后45 d,总体株防效仍能保持在83.24%以上,总鲜质量防效在89.14%以上,且在田间无药害产生。[结论]48%仲丁灵乳油和330 g/L二甲戊灵乳油可用于防除黄芩田杂草。 [Aims]The study aims to screen out herbicides for soil treatment used in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi fields.[Methods]The safety of 9 soil-treated herbicides to S.baicalensis Georgi was conducted through seed germination test and laboratory pot test.Based on these evaluations,a field efficacy test was conducted.[Results]In the seed germination test,the germination rate of S.baicalensis Georgi treated with butralin 48%EC(450-900.00 g a.i./ha)and pendimethalin 330 g/L EC(309.38-618.75 g a.i./ha)showed no significant difference compared with the control.In the laboratory pot test,there was no significant difference in the germination rate of S.baicalensis Georgi seeds treated with butralin 48%EC(450-1800.00 g a.i./ha)and pendimethalin 330 g/L EC(309.38-1237.5 g a.i./ha)compared with the control.The field efficacy trial showed that the treatments of pendimethalin 330 g/L EC(495-1237.5 g a.i./ha)and butralin 48%EC(720-1800.00 g a.i./ha)could achieve 100%overall plant control on day 15 after application.The overall plant control effect remained above 83.24%on day 45 after treatment,and the total fresh weight control effect was above 89.14%,with no phytotoxicity in the field.[Conclusions]Butralin 48%EC and pendimethal 330 g/L EC can be used to control weeds in S.baicalensis Georgi fields.
