Development of Leading Vegetable Varieties in Beijing From the Perspective of Market

在简要介绍北京市近3年蔬菜产销情况的基础上,阐述了北京市主导蔬菜品种选择的依据,确定主导蔬菜品种目录,分析了近3年蔬菜品种年产量和年市场上市量数据变化情况,提出了北京市主导蔬菜品种发展的短期策略,并给出提高其市场竞争力的长期措施。

On the basis of a brief introduction to the production and sales of vegetables in Beijing in the past three years,this study elaborated on the basis for selecting leading vegetable varieties in Beijing,the directory of leading vegetable varieties were determined,and the changes in the annual production and market listing data of vegetable varieties were analyzed in the past three years.Proposed a shortterm strategy for the development of leading vegetable varieties in Beijing and provided long-term measures to enhance their market competitiveness.
