Research progress of neutrophil extracellular traps in deep vein thrombosis mechanism

深静脉血栓(Deep vein thrombosis,DVT)是指在深静脉内形成的血栓。当深静脉内形成血栓时,会导致血液循环受阻,引起一系列的临床症状和并发症。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(Neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)是一种由中性粒细胞释放的细胞外结构,NETs的研究对于理解免疫系统的功能以及炎症和感染的机制具有重要意义。近年来,越来越多的研究表明NETs在DVT的形成中发挥重要作用。本综述主要探讨NETs促进DVT形成的机制,总结NETs相关的DVT预测指标,以期为今后DVT的研究与早期诊治提供新的思路。

Deep vein thrombosis(DVT)refers to the formation of blood clots within deep veins.When a thrombus forms within a deep vein,it leads to obstruction of blood circulation and causes a series of clinical symptoms and complications.Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)are extracellular structures released by neutrophils,and the study of NETs is important for understanding the function of the immune system and the mechanisms of inflammation and infection.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that NETs play an important role in the formation of DVT.This review focuses on the mechanisms by which NETs promote the formation of DVT,summarizes the predictive indicators of DVT associated with NETs,and provides new ideas for future research and early diagnosis and treatment of DVT.
