摘要
为解决目前垂直农场中用于快生蔬菜采收的机械装备智能化程度弱、功能性不集成以及输出生产率低等问题。文章运用SET模型发掘产品开发的必要性,通过调研和黑箱模型获取用户需求和功能需求,融合FAST功能树构建系统技术,引入形态矩阵对方案进行筛选,最终完成创新设计。研究发现,融合SET-FAST的产品创新设计方法有效解决了垂直农场现有农用机械存在的一系列问题,提高了采收效率,为相关产品的创新设计提供了可行与合理的科学研究方向。
In order to solve the current problems of weak intelligence,non-integrated functionality and low output productivity of mechanical equipment used for fast-growing vegetable harvesting in vertical farms.The SET model is used to discover the necessity of product development,obtain user requirements and functional requirements through research and black-box modelling,integrate the FAsT function tree construction system technology,introduce the morphological matrix to screen the solutions,and finally complete the innovation design.It is found that the product innovation design method integrating SET-FAST effectively solves a series of problems existing in the existing agricultural machinery of vertical farms,improves the harvesting efficiency,and provides a feasible and reasonable scientific research direction for the innovation design of related products.
