摘要
文章旨在提炼河北太行革命老区红色文化资源,在服务设计思维下基于共创理论探析红色文创产品设计路径。研究采用质性方法,首先采用质性分析软件NVivO提炼革命老区文化创意因子;进而,在服务设计思维引领下采用共创方法定义并选择5名年轻的红色文创产品典型用户,作为用户画像参与以用户为中心的共创研讨。结果归纳得出一系列年轻消费者对于红色文创产品的用户需求关键词如“故事性”“情感共鸣”等,并根据关键词进行红色文化产品设计实践。本研究以年轻消费者需求作为产品设计依据,有助于向年轻一代传播太行精神,创新发展旅游资源。
This paper aimed to summarize the revolutionary cultural resources in the revolutionary historic areas of Taihang,Hebei province,and explored the design approach of revolutionary cultural and creative products based on the co-creation theory under the service design thinking.The research adopted qualitative methods,firstly,adopted qualitative analysis software NVivo to summarize the cultural creativity factors of the historic revolutionary areas;then,under service design thinking,the researchers adopted co-creative methods to define and select five young typical users of revolutionary cultural and creative products,and they were used as user personas to participate in a user-centered co-creation workshop.The results summarized a series of key words of young consumers'needs for revolutionary cultural and creative products such as"storytelling"and"emotional resonance"were obtained,and carried out the design practice of revolutionary cultural products according to the key words.This study treats the needs of young consumers as the basis for product design,which will help spread the spirit of Taihang to the younger generation and then innovate and develop tourism resources.
