Saulebek Kabylbekov is a foreign expert at the Daqing Ophthalmic Hospital.He speaks fluent Chinese and has an air of unpretentiousness and cordiality.Talking with him is like talking with an old friend we have known for many years.He received the interview at the Foreign Experts Building in Beijing,just before the 2023 Chinese Government Friendship Award ceremony.
