In recent years, mine park has become a hot topic of landscape transformation. The transformation of the mine park starts from the current situation of the site, makes full use of the terrain elements after mining, and uses mining materials as design elements, reflecting the concept of inheriting mining culture through landscape construction and project setting. However, while transforming the site to improve the landscape, the original habitat environment of the organisms in the site was destroyed, and the protection of the organisms in the site was ignored.Based on the perspective of ecological civilization, this paper takes the transformation of abandoned mining land and the creation of black stork habitat as the starting point, and carries out ecological restoration for the abandoned mining area of Haining,Zhejiang Province,so as to achieve systematic transformation and improvement.By combining the existing conditions of the area with the necessary factors for the growth and development of mandarin ducks, this paper carries out regional transformation and develops the black stork protection theme park in combination with tourism factors.Drive the regional economy of Haining,Zhejiang Province, achieve sustainable development and improve human awareness of mandarin duck protection. This paper aims to reconstruct abandoned mine land by ecological restoration method, divide black stork protection area and open area by scale reconstruction, and provide habitat for black stork by means of low-impact and micro-intervention,so as to coordinate the relationship between human and black stork and realize harmonious coexistence between human and black stork,so as to provide reference for the transformation of similar mine abandoned land.
