In the present era,there is an increasing emphasis placed on quality education within the country,consequently leading to numerous opportunities and challenges for colleges and universities in providing such education.The primary focus of this paper is to examine the pertinent theories surrounding artistic literacy and its core concepts.Additionally,it addresses the prevalent issues related to artistic quality education in present-day colleges and universities.These issues encompass curriculum design,campus environment,and the development trends seen in the modern era.Lastly,the paper proposes suitable strategies to foster the advancement and transformation of art education.Provide a clear roadmap for the implementation of art quality education in colleges and universities,ensuring its continuous,steady,and effective operation.This will enhance the artistic achievement and overall quality training of college students comprehensively,and additionally elevate the teaching standards of colleges and universities.
