适老化需求下历史文化街区更新策略研究——以福州三坊七巷为例

A Study on the Regeneration Strategy of Historical and Cultural Neighborhoods under the Demand of Ageing a Case Study of Three Lanes and Seven Alleys District

通过调查福州三坊七巷历史文化街区当中景观环境和老年人行为活动之间的矛盾,探索适老化需求下的历史文化街区的更新策略。文章从空间可达性、场所组团类型多样性、公共空间标识引导性、公共设施合理性等多方面,运用实地调研的方法,对福州三坊七巷历史文化街区的环境现状与老年人的行为活动匹配度进行系统分析。试图从环境设计的角度出发为现代历史文化街区的适老化需求改造提供更新策略。

By investigating the contradiction between landscape environment and elderly people's behavioral activities in"Three Lanes and Seven Alleys"district,we explore the renewal strategy of the historical and cultural district under the demand of aging.A systematic analysis of the environmental situation of the historical and cultural district of"Three Lanes and Seven Alleys"district and the behavior and activities of the elderly is carried out by using field research methods in terms of spatial accessibility,diversity of place groups,public space signage guidance and public facilities rationality.It attempts to provide an updated strategy for the renovation of the modern historical and cultural district from the perspective of environmental design to suit the aging needs.
