沙漠旅游研究现状及服务设计介入的策略与研究展望

Present situation of desert tourism research and strategies and prospects of service design intervention

针对沙漠旅游研究现状,从服务设计视角探寻沙漠旅游的开发策略,推动沙漠旅游的发展。文章通过对沙漠旅游相关文献的梳理,了解其内涵与外延,在运用VOSviewer梳理国内外沙漠旅游研究现状及发展动态的基础上,基于服务设计视角对沙漠旅游进行了深入探讨。借助服务设计利益相关者理论,从政策、服务、景区经营者、游客四个方面归纳沙漠旅游的研究进展,鉴于此从宏观-服务系统的多重架构、中观-利益相关者的关联对接、微观-用户体验的深度挖掘三方面提出了服务设计介入沙漠旅游的开发策略及研究展望,以期更好地助推沙漠旅游开发,发挥沙漠产业的社会与经济效益。

Exploring the development strategies of desert tourism from the perspective of service design in response to the current research status of desert tourism,and promoting the development of desert tourism.By reviewing relevant literature on desert tourism,understanding its connotation and extension,and using VOSviewer to review the current research status and development trends of desert tourism at home and abroad,this study conducted an in-depth exploration of desert tourism from the perspective of service design.Based on the stakeholder theory of service design,the research progress of desert tourism is summarized from four aspects:policy,service,scenic area operators,and tourists.In view of this,the development strategy and research prospects of service design intervention in desert tourism are proposed from three aspects:the multiple ar-chitecture of macro service system,the correlation and connection of meso stakeholders,and the deep excavation of micro user experience,in order to better promote the development of desert tourism,Utilize the social and economic benefits of the desert industry.
