商用车纵梁智能仓储技术的研究与应用

摘要 商用车纵梁的生产有小批量、多品种的特点。为满足下序车架装配顺序要求,纵梁的发运顺序需与车架装配顺序相吻合,劳动强度高、效率低下。通过研究和应用纵梁智能仓储技术,解决了按序发运问题,提高了存储效率,提升了产线自动化率。 Different from the general stamping parts,the production of commercial vehicle longitudinal beam has the characteristics of small batches and multiple varieties.By researching and applying intelligent storage technology for longitudinal beams,the problems of sequential shipment of longitudinal beams during frame assembly and low traditional storage efficiency have been solved,and the automation rate of the production line has been improved.
