锻造生产设备故障分析及优化创新方案

摘要 针对公司熔炼炉、电渣炉、锻锤等关键设备在生产过程中陆续出现的故障或工艺不适应等问题,对设备进行系统性分析、调整、优化,提出技术创新方案并付诸实施,效果显著,完善了设备性能,极大提高了生产效率,为进一步提升产线产量、降低设备故障率、提高产品质量打下基础。 Aiming at the company's melting furnace,electroslag furnace,forging hammer and other key equipments in the production process of the successive emergence of the failure or process does not adapt to the problem,the systematic analysis of the equipment,adjustment,optimization,put forward technological innovation program and put into practice,the effect is significant,improve the performance of the equipment,greatly improve the production efficiency,in order to further enhance the production line yield,reduce the failure rate of the equipment,and improve the quality of the product to lay the foundation.
