基于TwinCat2冲割复合机系统开发

System development of punch and laser compounding machine based on twincat2 platform

冲割复合机作为一种高端钣金加工设备,不仅能满足冲床冲孔成形的技术特点,又能实现激光对复杂异形轮廓的加工。多年来,该产品市场被通快、AMADA等国外厂商占据,价格高昂且兼容性低。为了开发更加经济且开放的冲割复合机系统,本文提出基于TwinCat2进行研究,利用TwinCat2平台实现冲床与激光系统的融合开发。

Punching laminating machine as a high-end sheet metal processing equipment,not only can meet the punching machine punching forming technology point,but also can realize laser processing of complex special-shaped contours,over the years this part of the market has long been occupied by TRUMPF,AMADA and other foreign manufacturers,although the product is high-end but high price and low compatibility,so in order to develop a more economical and open punching laminator system,this paper proposes to develop a system based on TwinCat2 punching compounding machine.BeckHoff's TwinCat2 platform was used to develop the integration of punching and laser systems.
