摘要
32寸铜镍合金高颈法兰高度高、底盘大,采用传统锻造后成形工艺材料利用率低;通过分析32寸高颈法兰结构特点,首次提出采用局部镦粗挤压的工艺成形方法,并利用有限元分析软件对法兰成形过程进行了模拟分析,验证了高法兰局部镦粗挤压的可行性;设计配套模具进行试验验证,完成了32寸高颈法兰的试制;大大降低了产品的生产成本,提高材料利用率。
The 32 inch high neck flange with large external diameter and high height,the material utilization rate was very low by using the traditional forging production process;Therefore,a new forming method of upsetting and extrusion was proposed for the first time by analysis the structure of 32 inch high neck flange,The deformation process of high neck flange was investigated by the finite element method and verified the possibility of new method;also we designed new molding and verified the new production process by actual production;the results showed that the new production process can greatly increase the material utilization ratio and decrease the manufacturing cost.
