Q235钢上钨极氩弧焊不锈钢堆焊技术研究

摘要 本文基于全国职业院校技能大赛焊接技术赛项比赛模块,研究了Q235钢上钨极氩弧焊不锈钢堆焊技术难题,针对堆焊时产生的变形过大、焊缝易发蓝、易氧化、焊缝宽窄难以控制等问题,经实践提出解决问题的措施。可为从事堆焊的相关技术人员提供参考,具有一定的推广价值。 This paper is based on the National Vocational College Skills Competition Welding Technology Competition Module,the study of Q235 steel tungsten tungsten arc welding stainless steel surfacing technical problems,for the surfacing of deformation generated by too large,weld easy to blue,easy to oxidize,the weld width is difficult to control and other issues,and put forward by the practice to solve the problem of the measures.Can be engaged in the surfacing of the relevant technical personnel to provide reference,has a certain degree of popularization value.
