摘要
文章阐述了金属成形模具表面处理技术的重要作用,概述了常见表面处理方法及其特点,分析了不同表面处理技术对模具抗磨性、抗腐蚀性等因素的影响。同时,提出了表面处理技术优化的途径,包括工艺参数的优化、材料的选择与匹配等。强调了在具体应用中,应充分考虑模具结构与功能,采取不同的区域化表面处理方案,并与模具设计协同优化,以发挥表面处理的最大效用。
The article describes the important role of surface treatment technology for metal forming molds,outlines the common surface treatment methods and their characteristics,and analyzes the influence of different surface treatment technologies on factors such as anti-wear and anti-corrosion of molds.At the same time,it puts forward the ways to optimize the surface treatment technology,including the optimization of process parameters,the selection and matching of materials,and so on.It is emphasized that in specific applications,different regionalized surface treatment solutions should be taken into full consideration of the structure and function of the molds and optimized in synergy with the mold design,so as to bring out the maximum utility of surface treatment.
