摘要
以艾比湖沙拐枣1~2年生枝条为材料,采用不同浓度生根粉(50、100、150、250 mg·L^(-1))和清水(对照)处理其插穗,探索不同浓度生根粉溶液对插穗扦插成活率、株高、冠幅、地径、根长及须根数的影响。结果表明:(1)不同浓度生根粉处理均提高了扦插成活率、株高、冠幅、地径、根长及须根数;(2)50 mg·L^(-1)生根粉溶液处理的枝条成活率、平均株高、地径、根长以及须根数量最高,分别是对照组的2.29、2.66、1.92、1.98和3.34倍;50 mg·L^(-1)生根粉溶液处理的枝条平均冠幅最高,东西是对照组的3.64倍,南北是对照组的3.18倍。综合分析,使用生根粉溶液处理艾比湖沙拐枣插穗8 h能有效提高插穗成活率和各项生长指标。
The 1-2 years old branches of Calligonum ebinuricum were used as materials,and the cuttings were treated with rooting powder of different concentrations(50,100,150,250 mg·L^(-1))and water(control).The effects of rooting powder solution of different concentrations on the survival rate,plant height,crown width,diameter,root length,and number of fibrous roots of cuttings were explored.The results showed as the following two aspects.(1)Treatments with rooting powder of different concentrations all increased the survival rate,plant height,crown width,ground diameter,root length,and number of fibrous roots of cuttings.(2)The survival rate,average plant height,ground diameter,root length and the number of fibrous roots of the branches treated with 50 mg·L^(-1) rooting powder solution were the highest,which were 2.29 times,2.66 times,1.92 times,1.98 times and 3.34 times that of the control group,respectively.The average crown width of branches treated with 50 mg·L^(-1) rooting powder solution is the highest,which is 3.64 times that of the control group in the east and 3.18 times that of the control group in the south and north.Comprehensive analysis shows that the rooting powder solution can effectively improve the survival rate and various growth indexes of Calligonumebinuricum for 8 h.
