新型钙镁硅复合无机材料对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Novel Calcium Magnesium Silicon Composite InorganicMaterials on Growth of Wheat Seedlings under Salt Stress

摘要 为确定新型钙镁硅复合无机材料(IM)对盐(NaCl)胁迫下小麦幼苗生长的影响,采用液培法,通过在营养液中添加IM,制备了ρ(IM)=3.15,6.30,9.45,12.60,15.75 g·L^(-1)的5种培养液,进行了不同添加量的IM对盐胁迫下小麦幼苗生长与生理特性影响的试验。结果表明:盐胁迫显著抑制了小麦幼苗的生长,添加IM能有效缓解小麦幼苗的盐胁迫效应,其中以ρ(IM)=12.60 g·L^(-1)的处理能显著促进盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的生长,降低盐胁迫下小麦幼苗根系与叶片的丙二醛质量摩尔浓度和超氧阴离子产生速率,增加叶片和根系的可溶性蛋白质量分数和抗氧化酶活性,并显著提高游离脯氨酸质量分数。 Five kinds of culture mediumρ(IM)=3.15,6.30,9.45,12.60,15.75 g·L^(-1) were prepared by adding IM to the nutrient solution with liquid culture method to determine the effects of novel calcium magnesium silicon composite inorganic material(IM)on the growth of wheat seedlings under salt(NaCl)stress,and the effects of different amounts of IM on the growth and physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings under salt stress were studied.The results showed that salt stress significantly inhibited the growth of wheat seedlings,and adding IM could effectively alleviate the salt stress effect on wheat seedlings.Treatment withρ(IM)=12.60 g·L^(-1) could significantly promote the growth of wheat seedlings,decrease the malondialdehyde(MDA)mass concentration and the superoxide anion(O-2)production rate,increase the soluble protein mass fraction and antioxidant enzyme activity of leaves and roots,and significantly improve the free proline mass fraction.
