废弃石料矿高陡边坡生态修复路径探究——以北京市平谷区东高村镇东高村石料场治理项目设计为例

摘要 近年来北京市几乎所有的石料矿均已关停,并对露天采场平台区进行了覆土绿化,但其形成的裸露山体由于投资大、技术难度高、修复效果差等原因很少进行治理,采矿裸露岩壁造成的视觉污染严重影响北京作为首都的城市形象。本项目的实施使得平谷区东高村镇东高村石料场治理区采矿遗留的废渣石堆、采坑、边坡等破坏原始地形地貌及植被的采矿遗迹进行治理及植被恢复,通过实施施工手段,并结合生物措施,恢复治理区的生态环境,可以减少露天堆积的废弃渣石等固体废物对北京造成的扬尘污染,为提升北京空气质量、保证首都“蓝天、绿水”、促进“绿色北京”建设做出贡献。 Although almost all stone mines in Beijing have been closed in recent years and the open-pit mining platform areas have been covered with soil for greening,the treatment of the exposed mountains formed by them is rarely carried out due to high investment,high technical difficulty,and poor restoration effects.The visual pollution caused by mining exposed rock walls seriously affects the image of Beijing as the capital city.The implementation of this project enables the treatment and vegetation restoration of mining relics that damage the original terrain and vegetation,such as waste rock piles,pits,slopes,etc.,left behind by mining in the Donggaocun Quarry Treatment Area of Donggaocun Town,Pinggu District.By implementing construction methods combined with biological measures,the ecological environment of the treatment area can be restored.This can reduce the dust pollution caused by solid waste such as open-air accumulation of waste rock to Beijing,and contribute to improving the air quality of Beijing,ensuring the"blue sky and green water"of the capital,and promoting the construction of a"green Beijing".
