市政雨污水管网混接改造后长效运行管理机制研究

摘要 探讨了市政雨污水管网混接改造后的长效运行管理问题,以提高城市基础设施的运行效率和环境可持续性。对混接改造的必要性与重要性进行分析,评估管网监测与维护的状况,探究运行管理技术与策略和管网改造的环境影响,以及法规与政策对混接改造项目的影响。研究结果显示,管网的老化和混接问题是推动改造的主要动力,而长效运行管理是保障改造成果的关键。有效的监测技术、维护策略和运行管理系统,对于确保管网的高效运行至关重要,能显著降低环境影响。 Explored the long-term operation and management issues after the mixed connection renovation of municipal rainwater and sewage pipelines,in order to improve the operational efficiency and environmental sustainability of urban infrastructure.Analyze the necessity and importance of mixed connection renovation,evaluate the status of pipeline monitoring and maintenance,explore operational management techniques and strategies,the environmental impact of pipeline renovation,and the impact of regulations and policies on mixed connection renovation projects.The research results show that the aging and mixing problems of the pipeline network are the main driving forces behind the renovation,and long-term operation management is the key to ensuring the results of the renovation.Effective monitoring techniques,maintenance strategies,and operational management systems are crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the pipeline network and significantly reducing environmental impacts.
