摘要 旨在探讨国有土地资源优化配置与智能工程技术融合的重要性、方法及其成效。分析了智能工程技术在提升国有土地资源配置效率、促进其合理开发与保护方面的作用,讨论了当前土地资源配置所面临的挑战,包括数据不精确、政策和法律框架的限制以及社会经济影响。详细描述了优化土地资源配置的策略,如构建土地资源优化配置模型、实现多规合一和多部门协同,以及建设城市信息模型平台。这些策略通过有效融合智能工程技术与土地资源管理,不仅提高了土地资源配置的科学性和合理性,还促进了城市管理与土地资源优化配置的高效协同。智能工程技术在国有土地资源优化配置中的应用具有显著的潜在价值,为相关领域的研究和实践提供了重要的参考和启示。 This article aims to explore the importance,methods,and effectiveness of optimizing the allocation of state-owned land resources and integrating intelligent engineering technology.Analyzed the role of intelligent engineering technology in improving the efficiency of state-owned land resource allocation,promoting its rational development and protection,and discussed the challenges faced by current land resource allocation,including inaccurate data,limitations in policy and legal frameworks,and socio-economic impacts.Detailed strategies for optimizing land resource allocation were described,such as building a model for optimizing land resource allocation,achieving multi planning integration and multi departmental collaboration,and building a Construction Information Mode platform for cities.These strategies effectively integrate intelligent engineering technology with land resource management,not only improving the scientific and rational allocation of land resources,but also promoting efficient collaboration between urban management and optimal allocation of land resources.The application of intelligent engineering technology in the optimization and allocation of state-owned land resources has significant potential value,providing important reference and inspiration for research and practice in related fields.
