钢结构在钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房加固中的应用研究

摘要 随着选煤工艺技术的不断发展,国内煤炭市场对煤炭产品的质量、产量要求的提高以及对煤炭产品多元化要求的提升,国内很多选煤厂为适应市场需求,急需改变现有选煤工艺技术,在原有厂房内增加或更换选煤设备,达到提升产能的目的。为保证安全生产,就必须对原有厂房的承载能力进行验算,对不能满足承载力要求的构件进行加固处理。为达到有效缩短钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房加固施工周期的目的,提出采用钢结构构件与原有钢筋混凝土构件组合成钢-混凝土组合构件的加固方式,减小了施工难度,有效地缩短了钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房加固施工周期。 With the continuous development of coal preparation technology,the increasing requirements for the quality and output of coal products in the domestic coal market,as well as the diversification of coal products,many coal preparation plants in China urgently need to change their existing coal preparation technology to meet market demand.They need to add or replace coal preparation equipment in their existing factories to achieve the goal of improving production capacity.To ensure safe production,it is necessary to verify the bearing capacity of the original factory building and reinforce components that cannot meet the bearing capacity requirements.In order to effectively shorten the reinforcement construction period of reinforced concrete frame structure factory buildings,a reinforcement method of combining steel structure components with existing reinforced concrete components into steel-concrete composite components is proposed,which reduces the construction difficulty and effectively shortens the reinforcement construction period of reinforced concrete frame structure factory buildings.
