某飞机液压柱塞泵异常磨损故障分析

摘要 针对某飞机定检时因柱塞泵磨损导致的液压系统污染问题,对发生故障的柱塞泵分解检查,围绕产品工作机理,开展失效分析,得出磨损初步结论。结合初步结果,对装机使用后的轴承滚柱滚动接触区分布情况与故障泵进行对比接触应力分析,验证剥落区域应力集中问题。后续针对应力集中区域展开基体组织结构研究,发现锈蚀后的滚柱表面存在腐蚀凹坑,严重时甚至可见龟裂现象。基于上述分析,通过有限元仿真方法模拟腐蚀凹坑对轴承滚柱质量的影响,并进行实验验证结论的准确性。根据磨损结论,制定一系列措施提高修理深度,从而规避此类风险。 In response to the hydraulic system contamination problem caused by plunger pump wear during a certain aircraft inspection,the faulty plunger pump was disassembled and inspected.Based on the working mechanism of the product,failure analysis was conducted to draw preliminary conclusions on wear.Based on the preliminary results,a comparative analysis of the distribution of contact stress in the rolling contact area of the bearing rollers after installation and use with the faulty pump is conducted to verify the problem of stress concentration in the peeling area.Subsequent research on the matrix structure in areas of stress concentration revealed corrosion pits on the surface of the corroded rollers,and in severe cases,even cracking could be observed.Based on the above analysis,the influence of corrosion pits on the quality of bearing rollers is simulated using finite element simulation method,and the accuracy of the conclusions is verified through experiments.Based on the conclusion of wear and tear,develop a series of measures to improve the depth of repair and avoid such risks.
