通风空调系统是轨道交通地下车站环控系统中重要的组成部分,风机作为通风空调系统的基础设备,对有效改善地下空间空气状况及气流组织具有重要作用。以风机的安装、调试及维护管理为研究目的,概述了地铁站内风机的重要性,分析了风机设备施工安装的步骤及注意问题,说明了设备重点调试问题及解决措施,并在此基础上,对风机设备维护管理做了进一步探讨,以期有助于规避风机安装过程中的部分问题,进一步提高风机的安装工艺水平,提高设备调试的效率,延长设备使用寿命,降低风机设备的故障发生率,使风机功能处于良好状态,保证地铁系统运营安全。

The ventilation and air conditioning system is an important component of the environmental control system in underground railway stations.As the basic equipment of the ventilation and air conditioning system,fans play an important role in effectively improving the air conditions and airflow organization of underground spaces.With the purpose of studying the installation,debugging,and maintenance management of fans,this paper summarizes the importance of fans in subway stations,analyzes the steps and precautions of fan equipment construction and installation,explains the key debugging problems and solutions of equipment,and further explores the maintenance management of fan equipment on this basis,in order to help avoid some problems during the installation process of fans,further improve the installation technology level of fans,improve the efficiency of equipment debugging,extend the service life of equipment,reduce the occurrence rate of fan equipment failures,keep the fan function in good condition,and ensure the safe operation of the subway system.
