摘要
能源转型背景下,油服行业发展环境及应对策略研究成为行业关注的重点。基于伊戈尔·安索夫的战略管理理论进行油服行业发展环境及应对策略分析,根据油服公司面临的多样化需求,构建油服公司战略增长矩阵,提出油服公司在各个象限的主要目标和发展方式。结合一流油服公司转型发展策略分析发现,一流油服公司转型发展策略与战略增长矩阵大致吻合。基于以上分析,提出供我国油服公司借鉴的建议,包括强化发展环境扫描分析,保持对环境关键变量的敏感;强化转型发展策略的战略规划,形成适用策略组合;强化产融思维,培育资本运作能力;建立开放创新生态,打造互生共赢机制,释放聚变能量等。
Under the background of energy transformation,the research on the development environment and coping strategies of oil service industry has become the focus of the industry.Based on Igor Ansoff's strategic management theory,this paper constructs a strategic growth matrix of oil service companies,considering diversified needs faced by oil service companies,and proposes the main objectives and development methods of the oil service company in each quadrant.Combined with the actual analysis,it is found that the transformation and development strategy of world-class oil service companies is roughly consistent with the strategic growth matrix.Therefore,based on the above analysis,some suggestions for Chinese oil service companies are put forward,including strengthening the development environment scanning analysis and maintaining the sensitivity to key environmental variables;strengthen the strategic planning of the transformation and development strategy and form a suitable strategy combination;strengthen the thinking of industry and finance and cultivate the ability of capital operation;establish an open and innovative ecology,create a win-win mechanism,and release fusion energy.
