摘要
石油燃料的使用是导致大气污染的主要原因,而柴油中的硫、芳烃含量是影响污染的关键因素。柴油加氢装置生产运行至末期时,随着原料油性质、加工负荷、催化剂性能、生产方案、操作工况等条件的变化,装置中柴油产品硫、芳烃含量会出现超标现象,通过调整原料配比及性质、优化生产方案等方式,可实现对柴油加氢装置柴油产品硫、芳烃含量超标现象的有效控制,为同类生产装置提供借鉴。
The use of petroleum fuels is the main cause of atmospheric pollution,and the sulfur and aromatic content in diesel are key factors affecting pollution.This article illustrates the sulfur and aromatics content of diesel products in the diesel hydrogenation unit have exceeded the standard at the end of production,with changes in the properties of raw materials,processing load,catalyst performance,production plan,operating conditions,and other conditions.By adjusting the ratio and properties of raw materials and optimizing the production plan,the problem of exceeding the standard can be effectively controlled,which can provide reference for similar production devices.
