As the last link of state-owned capital operation budget work,the performance evaluation of capital operation budget is of great significance.The result reflects the use of state-owned capital operation budget to a certain extent.While judging the standardization and effectiveness of budget use,it provides experience summary,guidance and reference for the development of budget work in the next step.In order to further improve the performance evaluation content of state-owned assets budget,combined with the latest evaluation system and practical operation experience of the Ministry of Finance,some suggestions are put forward to form a more scientific,more perfect and more instructive practical system.
