基于案例的教师标准化病人教学模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训过程中的应用研究

摘要 目的:探讨基于案例的教师标准化病人教学模式在骨科住院医师规范化培训过程中的教学效果。方法:选择2020年7月至2022年7月进入石河子大学第一附属医院骨科中心规培的60名规培医师作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将规培学员分为实验教学组和传统教学组,每组30人。实验教学组采取基于案例的教师标椎化病人的教学模式,传统教学组采取传统教学模式作为对照组,比较两组学生在骨科规范化培训的过程中理论知识、病例分析和临床实践能力方面的差异,并采用问卷的模式对学生进行满意度调查。结果:实验教学组在理论成绩、病例分析、临床技能方面表现均优于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查表明,规培学员认为基于案例的教师标准化病人教学模式的课堂更有吸引力,课堂氛围更好,学员的实践能力、团队合作能力、沟通能力均能得到提升。结论:基于案例的教师标准化病人教学模式可提升骨科规范化培训过程中的教学效果,值得推广。 Objective:To study the teaching effect of Teachers Standardized Patient(TSP)Combined Case-Based Learning(CBL)in the standardization training of orthopedist.Methods:60 students worked in our hospital between July 2020 and July 2022 were selected as the subjects of the study,and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The observation group adopted the teaching mode of TSP combined CBL,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,the performance differences between the two groups of students in the theoretical knowledge,clinical analysis and the clinical practice ability of the orthopedics were compared,and the satisfaction survey of the students by adopting the model of the questionnaire were carried out.Results:The performance of the observation group was better than that of the control group in score of traditional theoretical knowledge of general surgery,clinical skill and clinical case analysis(P<0.05).The questionnaire shows that the students generally agree that the TSP combined CBL group can increase the interest of learning,the active atmosphere,improve the clinical practice ability,enhance the team cooperation ability,enhance the communication ability.Conclusion:The teaching model of TSP Combined CBL can improve the clinical teaching effect,it is better for orthopedist.
