62 m沿海客船首部锚泊系泊设备加强结构设计与仿真计算

摘要 由于锚泊系泊设备作业条件变数多,致使船舶在该区域的结构受力较为复杂,因此对该区域船体的加强结构设计和强度分析应当重点关注。本文以一艘62 m沿海客船为研究对象,重点阐述了其首部锚泊系泊设备区域船体加强结构设计与有限元仿真计算。通过对锚泊系泊设备各作业工况的受力分析与计算,并基于计算结果进行优化设计,使其最终结构强度满足规范要求。 Due to the complexity of the arrangement and operation of mooring equipment,the structural force of ships in this area is more complex.Therefore,the design and strength analysis of the strengthened structure of the hull in this area should be paid more attention to.In this paper,a 62 m coastal passenger ship is taken as the research object,and the whole process of structural strengthening design and finite element simulation optimization of the hull of the forcastle mooring equipment area is described.Through the calculation and analysis of various operating conditions of mooring equipment,the calculation results show that the structural strength of the optimized area meets the requirements of therule.Finally,relevant conclusions are presented for the design and simulation of mooring reinforcement structure in mooring area.
