Design of New Wireless Communication Integrated System for a Marine Command Ship

传统无线电设备(如VHF、MF/HF)仅能实现语言功能传输,而为了增强海上执法部门海上可视化指挥能力,本文以新一代海洋指挥船为主体,系统论证无线通信一体化系统的总体构架和设计方案,综合利用卫星通信船载终端、4G/5G无线通信、视频会议、单兵背负图传终端等系统丰富指挥船的通信手段,实现指挥船与陆地指挥中心之间的高速音频通信等业务功能。

Traditional radio equipment(VHF,MF/HF)can only achieve language function transmission.In order to enhance the sea visual command capability of maritime law enforcement departments,this paper takes a new type of marine command ship as an example,systematically demonstrates the overall framework,design scheme and installation of wireless communication integration system,and makes comprehensive use of VSAT satellite communication,4G/5G wireless communication,audio and video conferencing,individual soldier image transmission and other systems to enrich the communication means of command ship,so as to achieve high speed audio and video communication between the command ship and the land command center and other business functions.
